Croatia: confirmed, your date is 1 January 2027

In Croatia you will need to issue structured e-invoices (EN 16931 structured (UBL / CII)) from 1 January 2027.

You must already be able to receive a structured e-invoice (since 1 January 2026), the duty to receive arrives before the duty to issue.

Until your issue date, a compliant invoice PDF (including reverse charge) is valid. euinvoice creates compliant PDFs today, and Pro users can export Factur-X (EN 16931) e-invoices.
